Over 45+ organizations will be available to provide youth and young adults with information about summer internships, educational opportunities, vocational training and employment services and opportunities. The targeted age group for this event will be youth ages 16 – 24 years; however, we do encourage youth as young as 13 to attend as volunteer opportunities will be available to them.

6th-9th Grade Families: You are invited to attend Sac State's annual "College: Making It Happen" event scheduled for Saturday, April 14, 2018. This event provides practical and easy-to-understand information on how to prepare academically and financially for college. You must register online if you plan to attend! Registration will close when the event is full.  To attend this free event, please visit www.csus.edu/cmih to register.

Not sure how to fund your college education?  Scholarships are often open to not only Juniors and Seniors, but to many grade levels all the way down to junior high!

From Ms. Fischer:  "I am inviting two parents to help clean the dance rooms each week, one at the Walerga site and one at the Arutas site, to earn volunteer hours.  I may have other projects/tasks related to dance department performances, etc. that you can help with too."
